After completing an apprenticeship in locksmithing and studies in the field of economic and engineering science Helmut Hupfer spent a number of years working for a major construction company and was involved with turnkey construction."Our path follows the goals of our clients."
He gained his practical experience in more than 10 years in a managerial function in the expansion field, being responsible for location analysis, project development, rental, leasing and purchase contracts, and property management in an international trading company.
Helmut Hupfer also works as a lecturer and instructor in addition to his more than 20 years of experience as an appraiser for the assessment of developed and undeveloped real estate and of building damage.
